That car looks like the current 7-series. Too big and bulky for my tastes....I like my current e60.

If you look closely and zoom in you can see the profile and the beltline are virtually identical to the e60. There's black tape above the door handles to conceal the beltline but it's pure e60.
It will look like an e60 with a f01 front end and rear. It's not going to be as drastic as we think.

I still think its going to look great when its specced up right -- i.e. not that paint, suspension or rims!
Can't wait to see what the m-sport pack looks like, that's the one I'm really waiting for...
I'm also keen to see if they'll be offering 19s or 20s for the largest rim And will they finally offer the Touring with the same factory wheel (size) options as the sedan/saloon version?

Its funny to read this thread. What are the chances that the new car will look NOTHING like these pictures?
What are the chances that BMW just put a mix of current E60 and F01 panels on a test mule and some "ikea sheets" just to keep it a complete secret?
I think the chances are high. We'll see soon enough.

Looking closer I think that the signature e60 angel eye head light shape is there too, just more squished and swoopy. They taped over the sides.
Also you can see the same e60 beltline in red. They are keeping the 5 series look intact.
