In all fairness, the OP has never said where this race took place. I certainly hope it was at least on a lonely stretch of highway, away from any other potential fatalities... I seriously doubt (or should I say hope!) that he got up to 150 on city streets!

Some of you guys have some big gonads for getting up to those kind of speeds on a public freeway, 150 really? I'm no with my e60, as I believe most here can say that we have touched a 100 or better with our e60's. It is quiet easy with these cars, as they are so freaking confident and reassuring at higher speeds. But there is a time place for everything.

The idea of this thread wasnt really to brag abt how fast my car is, we all know how fast our cars are, I'm more shocked at how fast the F10 550i was and how light on its feet it seemed

150 on the streets is suicidal in my opinion... but hey I don't think the OP needs to be lectured by any of us here. he already learned his lesson by getting owned by the f10 anyway lol

I doubt the OP expected to win against it's second generation successor (first the e60 550 then the F10 550) anyways. My bet is his racing 'experiment' was purely scientific and based out of curiosity.

I wouldn't post that you went 150 in a race on a PUBLIC forum. Didn't some guy on this forum get in trouble for saying how fast he was going by authorities?

Personally, I think that anyone who boasts about illegal behavior in a public forum is bat shit crazy.

The cops have to testify in court and have prof that he even went that fast ? With a good lawyer he should get off the hook.. what if he didn't tell the truth and just made up the story? Or even a typo on the message board..
No laser gun no prof not guilty I would say.. At least here in US.
So none of you went at least 120 or more on a highway ? Imma use a proxy when i post my top speed on the board next time.. lol
