the electirc louvers that allow more or less air to travel to the radiaitor, the system is called the air vent control, the only part number i can find is this one but it doesnt look like the louver and motor are included??

there's the OE diagram for the part number you posted. as you can see, there are several different versions of that part available, depending on the car. find the one that applies to your car, call a parts vendor, and get a price for your correct part number. $100 does seem on the low side, a comparable setup for a ford focus is around $500 for the housing, shutters, and motor. my guess is $100 is just for the housing with nothing attached to it, but i could be wrong.

 

that is the illustraion and part number for a 2014 528ix 2.0 turbo...seems as if it would have to be my part but the price is too low to have what is shown
