Personally I prefer the new 5 to the Panamera interior. Yes the Porsche is sporty but the console is too busy and the whole look lacks any elegance, which I want in a sports luxury sedan.

The new five looks as good as I could have hoped for. My lease will be up on my 335i in late Sept, and I'm 95% sure that I'll be getting a 535i if it's priced right. If not priced right, then I'll "settle" for the 528i.

Anyone have a link to pricing? How does the new 5 compare to the E60 weight-wise?
hopefully the 528i will be out by the time your lease is up, the press release states "later on in the year" for the 528i

as far as US pricing for the f10 goes, only pricing that has been released for for germany/eu...

discussed a bit in this thread: https://5series.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=89726

pdf and links to pricing in that thread...

weight: again in other threads and quoted from the press release, the 550 is ~4200lbs...have not read about the 535i weight...

The back looks kind of like a G35.

I agree, I was going to say that, Glad some one beat me to it, when my lease is up in July i was thinking baout waiting and getting in a F10 but I'm not feeling it and with the problems I had with my current 535i and previously the 7. I might be stepping out of the whole brand.

Same thoughts here. I would not replace mine E60 which IMHO looks far more aggressive especially with M bumpers.

+1

I think it looks nice but abit conservative compared to E60
But..well..in the business side, i think BMW has put it in the right track
as E60 has been seen by some people (especially the target group e.g age 30+ or those who can afford a luxury car) as too "innovative".

But i think our E60 looks better

Haha the F10 looks hammered and the e60 looks like the F10's silly drunken wife in this pic, side by side

I spent some time with the Panamera top model and one thing for sure, the interior wipes the floor with the F10 interior-wise. I don't care for the Panamera rear and the price tag, the one I was looking cost 8 million NT, which is about US$250,000!

Beautiful leather interior, pics don't do justice to it. One the other hand, I also checked out the low model of the Panamera..... meh

but have u seen the F10 in person? IMO a 50k dollar car that's interior is in the same league as a 250k dollar is impressive, Since u been there what are all the buttons for on either side of the shifter?!
