My lease expires in the next couple of month and was leaning towards a 2010 535i. Reading about the fuel pump issues, and how some dealers are trying to say high ethanol is the cause and won't pay to fix, should I stay away from the 535. Do we believe the 2010 will have the same pump issues?

thanks.

No bio fuels for the existing BMW's, not even for the diesels!

This will change in the future, I'm sure.

There is a factory recall on the high pressure fuel pumps. If you end up having problems with the existing HPFP, the dealership will replace it under warranty. If the 2010 535i uses the same pump as the '08s and '09s, I imagine they will still honor their warranty.
