It would be interesting to see what his trap speed would be for the 1/4 mile after the tune on his 550i. In the last few iternations, the previous and current M5's drag time are within point seconds and only a few miles per hour differents of the current corvette (c5 and c6 respectively). I suspect his 1/4 mile trap speed will be around 2-/+ of 115 mph after the tune and around .1+/- of 12.5 seconds. ET times is doing to be dependent on how well he starts.

What is the published HP gain on for the stage 1 tune? For sure, you're bro's F10 550i is going to give the e60 M5 the run for it's money!!! Keeps us posted. Thanks.

The Stage 1 bumps up the HP to 495 (with the dinan tune) and torque to 573. With my Eurocharged tune it got my HP to around 460-465 and my torque is at 585. I am trying to figure out if paying $3,000 for the Dinan tune (they have the tune for X6 50i and F10 550) is worth getting 30-35 more HP and losing 12ish torque...

I am certain other tuners will be developing flashes too. You could inquire with GIAC and see on what they are working.

Wow, great times for the stock 550i and this is just the beginning. Loads of potential in that drivetrain.
