FWIW, I've been looking at prices during and even after I bought my wagon. With that low of a miles and the right buyer, I would think you can even get ~$23-$24k if it's in great condition and you have a healthy options package.
The bad thing is I've been seeing many E61's for sale lately so there is definitely a good inventory out there for buyers to choose from. Usually the mindset of the typical e61 buyer will favor convenience over any kind of performance or looks IMO as they tend to be older or more practical than your typical enthusiast.
