Transmission Issue?

My Ride: BMW 530Xi
Transmission Issue?
First time poster here. I have an automatic 2007 e61 wagon with 97k miles on it. I've noticed that when going up a steep hill, the car would jerk quite a lot as it changed gear. Any idea where the problem is?

hi, welcome to the forums, but this is the E61 section. Not sure you noticed.
