seepage of oil to 525 d (E61)

Hello,
This afternoon, I noticed a seepage of oil
on the right side of the engine (in front of the engine thus rearward
I searched on the net if someone had already encountered this problem and I found nothing. I have some pictures of weeping.
But not easy to access, here is under the intake pipes in black plastic, if someone has an idea!
