Angry removing interior trim

Hi all, I'm a newbie to the forum and to BMW's in general. I've done small jobs on a few cars in the past and I'm quite handy but was (almost) totally defeated by trying to remove a section of plastic trim in the boot of my 5 series estate (up next to the window, behind the rear seat belt unit). I couldn't find any information or tips on how to remove trim without damaging it or pictures of trim which would help me understand how and where they are connected.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks
