Not exactly... These will require cutting and welding for clearance. I asked Tiago, and he pointed me toward a forum thread in which someone had done the rework. It's not terribly hard if you have the capability to weld stainless, but it's certainly not just a bolt-on mod.

We should organize a group buy with someone who knows how to weld and work with metal. Since AR Desgin went bankrupt there is literally no other option.

There's at least 5 people looking for down pipes for the 535xi, I'm one of them.

Same here, so I'm about to give it a try on my own. I already got some stainless welding wire for my MIG setup, and if that doesn't work, I think I'll take it to our machine shop and have one of the guys TIG it.

And since I'd be cutting and welding anyway, I'd like to insert some bellows so these would have a little give like the stock ones.

This is a great idea... Anyone know anyone from AR that might be interested in selling the jigs? I've seen pics of the VRSF ones, and I really don't like the idea of notching one bank down to what looks to be about 1/2 the diameter.

Thank you all for your great feedback thus far. I need to bring the car back to the dealer for a couple items, but have the Burger DCI and CC ready to install upon it's return. VRSF intercooler is en route and I've been running the MHD stage 1 flash for the last week. Very noticeable gain over the stock tune, and I'm impressed with the easy and flexibility of MHD. Development seems to be constant and I'm looking forward to trying out the other maps as soon as the bolt-ons start-a-bolting. The stage 2 tunes require downpipes, so that may prove to be an issue...
