Hi,

My rear PDC is causing me issues on my E61 2004. After living with iDrive informing me PDC has failed every time I place the car in reverse I decided to take the car to the garage. I was told two sensors needed replacing to resolve the issue, however once I had driven the car back home the problem still remained.

A new replacement PDC controller was fitted and still the PDC fails or an inaccurate reading appears on the iDrive. Next suggestion is to update the software on the iDrive.

All the sensors are ticking, there is no water in the spare wheel housing and the wires have been checked for damage.
