Cost me $3,500. No tax. That included, the kit, all of the extra parts, labor, paint...

If I recall correctly the M-sport package cost $3,000 as an option on a brand new purchase.

A worthwhile investment. Where did you buy the parts?

From BMW dealership. Ordered the kit when I purchased the car from them in June. They had to get it shipped from Germany. Drove 7 hours from Canada to US to get it installed on Friday.

Correct - M sport package (body kit, style 135 M wheels, M steering wheel, footrest, door sills, multicontour seats, shadowline trim) was $3,000 MSRP in 2010. Carbon black paint was available with the M Sport package and if you ordered a manual transmission, it came with a short shifter.

Plus Anthracite headliner.

Yep, $3,000 for all that was a pretty good deal. The 20 way seats alone were a $1200 stand alone option otherwise.
