Previously had Style 123s on the wagon. BMWWheelStyle listed them as 25lbs; had issues finding something that I liked that was cheap and lighter.
Came across these Style 94s. BMWWheelStyle didn't have a weight listed, but BMWfans had a weight of 27lbs listed. Almost didn't buy them until I decided to check the 123s on the same website; had them listed at 30lbs.
Bought three from one eBay seller at $80/each (with another 15% eBay coupon) and then the last one at a local PnP for $40. Would've been $20, but apparently they only have a 3 day return policy for tires....
So anyways, lucked out with cheap but strong OEM wheels. Likely will be doing an Anthracite rattle can job on them for now. I've seen a set for sale on eBay that looks goooooood.
Edit: At some point, I'll be picking up a set of TRM's VE37 copy cats because they're so fucking light and look good. But at $150/each, they can wait until I get more serious about turning the wagon in to my project.
How are these working out? The ET24 from bmwwheelstyles.com scared me away.
Hi guys.
I bought this beast a few month ago with full bmwsh.
So far I have changed vac pipes/glow plugs/ swirl flap delete and was suffering with no power. Turned out to be the boost pipe. I have now booked in for a dpf delete/hydrojet wash and a stage 1 remap.
I wanted to change the wheels, so I hunted a set of style 92s and had them powder coated in satin black. I painted the calipers in a sky blue and have ordered some h&r springs.
It is my daily so can't go silly on it, also, I am currently working on my vw mk3 golf supercharged with air suspension as a show car so need to put my attention/money into that!
Thought I'd share.
THANKS. Before. Freshly mopped and polished Looking clean, those arches need filling! After. 10s on the back with 15mm spacers Needs a drop
A truck towing/hitch shop can make one custom with no holes into body. Mine is tucked flush into the valance and tilted slightly upward so that the departure angle of a long tray style bike rack won't ever catch or scrape. Lowest edge of the receiver is no lower than the plastic body valance so when rack is off you hardly notice it and also the rack is mounted as high as possible. I think they rated it to be fine with 3500+ lbs maybe more.

A lot has changed since I first registered here but, recently got ahold of a E61 MTeknik Roofliner, Pillars, etc from an eBay seller in the UK. Still missing a few bits here and there but I'm psyched with it's progress.
Also just installed my ISC Coilovers

Damn, you actually got a UK seller to ship you the headliner?!
That's the last thing I need to finish my interior, but I only find non-pano liners, which is a tempting project to shave a bit of weight.
