No serious buyers came along. Was in the process of moving to LA. She will be officially for sale soon though.

The Sauce: No way that is static. Any pics of actual ride height on normal roads? Although the super-daper illest-twerk hard-parked, neg-camber, frame scraping is wildly popular on the internetz, I am always curious to see what height you guys actually ride at. Which air system did you go with?

(LCI 2009 with oem Xenon)

left: 335i with stock oem led white rings // right : lci : 1 H8 bulb for the 2 rings

bit closer look OEM 335i

Will try to get some pics of the ride height soon. Its a slow heavy wagon, not trying to make it a performance car.

Suspension consists of Airlift Performance front struts, a custom rear bag setup loosley based off the Chevy S-10 platform and Airlift V2 management with smaller aluminum tank all hidden in the spare tire well.

Actually on the white car the silver looks pretty nice too.

The design of those particular wheels, the spokes inset and geometric style, would start to disappear if in all black even though just big black circles would be cool some of the time.

My Ride: e61 525i JPN winter/comfort
Default

Good morning/afternoon to all,

I just paid the deposit and did all my check ups on this e61 pictured. Needs new tyres, new rear pads, new front bushes, repair to the rear left quarter privacy blind and judging by the wind noise on the highway, it also needs a new rubber seal for the sunroof (advice wanted).
Also has a small oil leak at the front of the block which I'm guessing is from the oil cooler? gasket?

Im in Hong Kong and just got this 525i from Japan, I think its got the comfort and winter pack as its got an emergency Flare in the passenger footwell as well as a few other Japanese options like CD/MiniDisk player with a HDD hard drive in the rear.
Heated seats, rear door airbags, bluetooth, iDrive, maybe more, not sure yet.

Im new to e61's so please correct me if I'm wrong.

I know its a small engine but HK is not a big place with 90% city driving coupled with ridiculous heat and humidity. I thought a larger engine would suffer cooling issues here.

let me know what you think? all comments welcome.
