Hello, so i have this problem while trying to connect phone to cic it kind of connect i can answer phone calls but i dont see phone book or my phone in menu . When i try to connect i input pin code and then it says unable to find the device you want to connect please check. E61 2009 y.

 

What diagnostics have you performed thus far?

 

none, just a few days ago when I bought the car, a diagnostic was connected to check the mileage and errors. the errors were with the glow plugs and head up if i remember correctly
Also i forget to mention that i have cic headunit

 

This is hard to guess at, 15-year-old technology (well older). When you get your vehicle scanned for codes always write them down when you think you're going to eventually ask for help.

Did you try and delete your settings in your phone and the phone in the cars saved list then reconnect it to bluetooth? To be honest, just the normal Bluetooth troubleshooting steps are all we can give you at this point and you can look that up on YouTube to get a visual.
