I have really enjoyed catching up on this site/this forum, and I am grateful to have such a resource.

Thank you Ricracing! I have really enjoyed catching up on this site/this forum, and I am grateful to have such a resource. I especially like the amount of European input here (in English). It is better than any other site.

AFAIK (based on the saved "Home" address in the NAV), my E61 was brought from Ertling, Germany (near Munich), in June of this year. I traded my 2002 520i Touring for it to SKC, in Ylivieska. I am really pleased with the deal that I got - it would have been impossible to find the same "Finnish" car here.

The car came with German, Finnish and Swedish language manuals (I have downloaded the UK English manual as well), so I am covered on all fronts there. Now I just need a larger glove box!

Happy motoring!

Patrick thanks for ordering the nice //M5 mirrors.

You are the first guy who buy a pair oem //M5 mirrors for an TOURING

The mirrors will give your car an great look, make pictures after you have fit them on your nice 530dAT //M sport

Any time 530dA

Wow. One YEAR ago today, I bought my E61.

What a car!!

I would like to thank the godless souls here in the E61 Forum for helping me spend an enormous amount of money on mods that otherwise, I probably would not have known about.

That said, this place has been an excellent source of information and knowledge. So much so that even the service manager of my BMW dealership has asked me for assistance with an E61 related question. And they do read these forums.

It has also been great to meet some of you and your families. I hope that in 2010, I will have the chance to meet more of you!

Happy motoring!

Congrats on the 1 year with your E61. And a BIIIIG THANK YOU for everything you've done here in the E61 forum -- you got a lot of great posts started here and been a key contributor to making it a great place to visit

ps. Did you retro fit the flag holder to the front of the car to celebrate the 1-year aniversary -- I see you had it colour matched as well -- shows your a pro
