Non working Navi Prof despite new CCC

217, 235, 248, 524, 589.2, 609, 610, 672, 677.
Hi agian....
The brand new 535 was entered a navi dvd. The navi unit said enter dvd even after its been inserted. THE BMWdealer put in a brand new navigation unit and it still doesnt work. It has gotten the the new 17.0 softwear aswell but no sucess. Anyone had a similar problem?

Waiting for february delivery of 325i Touring and 130i

It's not the same problem but my CCC broke down after they installed the latest software. Now they've had the car for a couple of days and they havent found a solution. Hope to hear from them on monday.

My CCC unit broke down twice after software updates. Car is from May 2004 and got new CCC parts last August and December. With latest CCC I have no problems after software updates.

Glad to see that you've find your way to this forum. So that's why you could hint me about the new software, not so much help though?

Car is today returned to dealer as a one way trip. Dont have the time nor the interest when it never works.

Shall they replace it or do they refund you?
