I have to agree here - as someone who's only ever had Audi's, the quality in these just doesn't make the grade in my opinion - but then the tech thats available seems far more advanced! (looking at the E61/E60 cars, unsure what the F's are like compared) - swings and roundabouts

Our 05 Touring is fairing pretty much in a similar way.
The interior looks tired. Ours is only half leather so the seats themselves don't look too bad, but elsewhere it looks like it's been neglected.
There's a rubberised coating used sporadically throughout - including on the bottom half of the M-Sport wheel - and this is just coming off in chunks. It's in a place where you don't touch the wheel either, so it's not through usage.
I'm also finding that the paint on the bonnet is in a right state - so much so that I think if we were to keep the car, it may need a full bonnet respray to cover them up. It might even need that to be able to sell it.
I cannot tell you how disappointed I've been with the car. We almost sold it two years ago for a poverty spec A6 3.0TDi, but were only going to do the deal because we were so peed off with the Beemer - and it would have cost us dearly in the PX.
We actually sold an A4 Avant with 120,000 miles on it that was in better condition than the Beemer (which is now 90,000).
