530d turbo regulator

hello.

today i meet a problem, that at full throttle engine does not give power. thru diagnostic i find that turbo outcome should be aprrox 2000, but my actual value has only 1200-1300Kpa. and at this moment error apear turbo pressure regulator. can someone help, where that is located and by who it controled. it seems that this regulator stuck, cause after some time restart machine and it some while goes normally, then this apear again.

Afaik, you can first try to take it apart, clean and grease it. If it works then, you're ok, but if it still malfunctions, then you will need a new turbo.
This regulator is not sold separately and can not be fixed (unless its some really minor issue, which a proper mechanic will be able to figure out).

yeah, i find info that this regulator is electrical actuated. regarding error in DIS it troubleshooting it says that this motor overheats.
but today auto does not move at full throttle. i find that under egr cooler has some coolant leak. so now i even dont know is there 2 problems or ..... ?

cause if regulator doesnt work, why then cause coolant leak. also engine temp goes up very fast. 96.9C so possible water pump damaged?
of course turbo pres regulator error comes out sometimes....
