Really? The upgrades in technology alone should be more than enough reason to supplant any E61, save, maybe the M5 Touring. Regardless, the XF will probably be my next wagon (that's all I drive) unless, in the next 3-4 years, Audi magically throws a few RS6's over the pond.

I am shocked to read that as well. I love the looks and 380HP should be a nice step from a 2008.
For the price of the Jag, I'd expect it would do a lot for the driver. Why did you like your 2008 better?
