How to adjust average consumption in iDrive?

My Ride: F11 -14
iDrive is constantly showing 0.2 l/100 kms too low average consumption and I want to change the basis for calculation. I read in anothyer thread late Summer/early Autrumn how to do this, but I cannot find that post... 
Anyone...?

Nothing to feel stupid about. I think I tried different searches but with the word 'adjust' and a little browsing I found it. I'm intrested myself in this topic because I also have a difference of about 0.5 l/100km. Only i'm first going to calculate more exactly.
I'm really intrested to learn if it works for you or not...
