Nice car, enjoy it. Gefeliciteerd namens een landgenoot.

One question w.r.t. the headlights: I see projection headlights on your photos and I do not see Xenon on your option list. Is it true that for the LCI model the halogen headlights now also have projection lenses unlike the old E60? I hope so as I have ordered my E60 w/o Xenon... Probably relatively easy to retrofit xenon now.

Good to see some pictures of the standard 16" wheels, I've been looking for them as my car will have those too. I like them actually, I don't think I'll go for bigger wheels. Unlike many people, I don't really like 19" or even bigger on such a car, I think an E60 looks best with 17" but that's very personal.

Thank you,
Tim

Hmmm... black backrest you say...
Take a look at this one:

It looks like there are alternatives. Scroll down and you'll see a brown backrest w natural brown??
Or am I completely stupid here...?

Oh, but cool thing w the buttons
Hi,

mine backrest of the seats is also natural brown and not black.

These are indeed the standard halogen H7 lamps. So it is possible that those lenses are most part equal to the xenon ones.

17"are coming in some time. I also fear to much downside on comfort with 18"or 19""s.
The E61 is on itself stiff enough on 16"

After 5000 km in my E61 520d with standard LCI headlamps I have to say I am slightly disappointed with the yield of these lamps. They are not very powerful. If I had to re-order my car, I would definitely choose xenon headlamps.
