Yes please. Let them know I'm normally a Carrs customer but starting to get somewhat f****d off - especially as in the last 4 years I've bought an M5, M3, M3 CSL and 535d off them and they can't seem to be bothered to properly investigate voice for me.

Ok just got the car back and it was ?210+vat (so ?247 inc.)
Got to say I am really impressed with it, wasn't bothered about it before but thought might as well as the car was in for the MP3, and so pleased I have had it done.
If anyone wants it done in Norwich ask to speak with Johnathan in Service and tell the Guy with the 535d touring sent you as they know what they are doing.

We ought to have notices made that they can hang over the entrance:
"BMWland Approved Extended Voice Fitting Centre"
Need to be a big entrance though...

Just junked my runflats today after one blew (literally) at 110mph on the M5 last night. If you want two cheap NCT 18" spares, the fronts have loads of tread left on them. Let me know if you do.
off topic : I've also got a Weimeraner and she's from Norfolk - spooky !

Thanks again GIzzE. Just had it fitted at Lind today. Aparently the new version. Tried changing some of my phone 'names' to juvenile phrases and she now has a very blue repertoire :
