Thanks for your speedy reply...
I'm digging into this now... no FOBs, no brake light, no glass latch (wiper pivot seized) loads of rust around the top of the door hinge area.
Going to try to temp fix the current mess and then get the repair stuff.

1st thing, just getting started, I hed a look at the door hinge nuts, rusty and corroded, sprayed penetrating, liquid wrench, wd 40...
Gingerly applied a bit of heat (not enough) and cracked the first one - it sheared off the thread. Now I am down one rear glass fastener.
So I removed the cable trays without detaching the glass.
