Hey, im new here and dont know much about bmw, i just bought a new e61 520d, and drove it a little bit, suddently, i noticed that my air compressor just keeps going and going and dont stop. so i bought a completaly new aircompressor for my car, it works but dosnt stop running, and it is very much higher now than it just to be. Do i just let it run? for it to calibrate? or is ther something else wrong.

i was wondering if maybe someone here can help me please. I am sorry if this question have been asked before.

sounds like you have a leak in the system to me not a bad compressor. I would hurry and find it before the comporessor burns out. If you do not have the tools to calibrate it I would also take it to a BMW Indy shop
