Yes, continue with your ways. It doesn't really matter what you are known for. You are asking for a favor and you sir are nothing short of rude. You can call it as you see it but you still do not have to rude about it. Even when you apologize for something, it still sounds rude. I hope you get better friends who will call you out on your rudeness, so you can practice more.

We will just have to agree to disagree. In my many years on many different forums I have learned many things, and have in turn, helped many people. The below type of posting is unneeded, and I would say to be rude in a "help needed" thread. It amuses me that you feel that my posts have been rude and their posts were not. I just asked for a simple measurement.......

I will post the the answer to my OP once I get the badges installed.

Thanks for the help you all have given with this issue.

Mounting dimensions (E60, E61):




Stick adhesive tape (1) between the edge of the tailgate (2) and the upper edge "A". Mark size "B" from the top "A" to the outer edge of the trunk lid on adhesive tape (1).

Dimensions:

E60 A = 18 mm B = 40 mm
E61 A = 17 mm B = 31,5 mm
Note:

Dimensions C, D and E are for information only as they are defined base film.

520 i - 540 i, 550 i: C = 7 mm, D = 7 mm, E = 20 mm

545 i: C = 4 mm, D = 5 mm, E = 20 mm

520 d - 535 D: C = 7 mm, D = 7 mm, E = 20 mm

525 xi - xi 535: C = 7 mm, D = 7 mm, E = 20 mm, F = 5 mm

525 xd - 530 XD: C = 7 mm, D = 7 mm, E = 20 mm, F = 5 mm
