I am going to France from UK in my 535d Touring (E61 57 Plate)an wish to adjust my beams for continental driving. The car has the visability package so has Xenon lights and I have located the stopperd on top of the headlight unit and on opening it (P145 in the manual) the lever if that is what it is does not seem to move. Any advice appreciated.

I'd like to know the answer to this too. I asked my local dealer about it and they said that you had to take the headlight out to do it??
