Congratulations tegel. Beautiful motor.
I expect to receive pratically the same car E 61 LCI 520 d - the only differences appears to be colour and seating - mine will be Silver with comfort seats and brushed aluminuim trim, oh but with out roof bars.

Only alteration I'm planning is an ECU remap which should give the car at the least the same poke as the 525d.
P.S. I clicked on your link but it won't work........

It was after I saw your pics on the Swedish Forum that I defintely went for Silver Grey. Just to find out that one the LCI was introduced the colour had gone...

But your pics are I'll use them as inspiration when I'll be setting up my own album.

Hey narvselius,
The colour hasn't gone......it's just been given a new name - it's now called Space Grey.

I know... but they came Platinum Grey and I said... "why not?" I believe that colour will grow on me.

Here's a pic to give you an idea about the difference in tone between Silver gray and Space gray.

Wow - that's a big difference even though the dealers say the colour is the same ???

Yes, it is quite a difference!
It is darker and it is more "metallic" too, IMO.
