My 2 rear inner daylight Running light are not turning ON. This is the one on the tail gate and right above the Reverse Light. The bulbs are OK, just 12V does not come to these Lamps. I thought there was an issue with the Wire breaking on the hinges and I inspected it and everything looks good. Is there something else that I should look at? I found a wiring diagram that points to some kind of light switch module. i just bought this car over a month ago and I am fixing all the issues. I am not sure when this light is supposed to come either. I assume, on all the time when the engine is on.

Any help on this I would appreciate it.
