Cold start
Hey guys first post... Be kind
I've had my e61 525d, 54 plate 3 years, From the first winter it struggled to sart in minus Celsius temperatures, it took about 3 attempts then would start, it was not reaching a good running temperature so I changed main thermostat and erg thermastat. The car then heated up correctly. Last year cold start got worse so I changed the glow plugs (all 6 just for fun😜.) This seemed to sort the issue for a while however this year it has been its worst, It got to the point where The car would not start, it has has new glow plug's, glow plug relay, (was getting wet from a water leak) new in tank fuel pump and a new starter motor (the crank speed was really slow and this is a common issue apparently.) it's now starting better only taking 2 attempts but it's not even cold out, I have used injector cleaner to no prevail so as it stands it's 12+ Celsius struggling to start first time (crank speed is that of an F1 car with the new starter motor) it's lumpy on start for the first minute or so until the car is revved up then it runs perfectly unless you hover around 2k RPM then it has like a hesitation power no power like a flat spot.I'm loosing the will to live and my garage is out of ideas please someone help.... 😞🔫

So, being kind. It's pretty hard to read your text without punctuation. You also do not mention what engine it is. From you talking about glow plugs and you being in the UK,I'm assuming it's a diesel, but which one. Might have to re-structure the text a little to make it easier to understand.
