Hello, a few days ago my car started to have this wierd problem where after driving my car, i can lock or unlock it perfectly. But when i try to unlock or lock it, the car asleep, it wont do anything. My door lock hasn’t been working for a while now so i cant lock it or unlock it from there aswell. For example i can lock my car with a window open, then wake it up by using for an example a hazard light switch, then it unlocks. I have checked the key, antenna amp and changed kbm but still no luck. My next bet is to change the cas with a new key itself. But before i do maybe some of you can recomend something else.

Throwing parts at BMWs can become a pricy endeavor. Read the BMW-specific codes instead,

 

Problem solved. It was a faulty cas/key.
