annoying sound from my windows

Annyone else having a problem with a pretty loud cracking sound from all of the windows when the car is rolling? (especially when it's cold.) If I lower the window just a little the sound goes away.

this is a know problem (for ages) your dealer has some stuff (Carbofluid ??) to put on the rubber upper door inserts.
