Any of you had this problem?

Have ordered new bushings for the bar, but I do not think it will be that much better.
Welcome to the forum

Sorry mate, I can´t help you with this since I haven´t heard any noises from the suspension. Today I drove to work and back without the music to hear if there were any noises, but no there isn´t any...
Hopefully you get it sorted and when you do let us know.

Car looks fantastic. Like the "classic" look. How does it ride with the lower profile tires? Just bought a black 2008 535xit with sport package (18' wheels and blacked out trim.
I've had some nasty shocks and resulting bubbles with my 3 series coupe, which motivates my to keep my stock 245-40-18s.

Front springs settled 5mm or 5cm? Just want to make sure...

Thank you PAW and congrats for your new ride
It rides better with the "normal" 19inch PS2 tires than the runflat 18`s. Of course the suspension also makes a difference, but thats another story.
If you´re driving on a very poor roads then those stock 18`s with runflat tires are the safe bet This summer I drove over some potholes without any damage, so 35 series rubber gives atleast a bit of protection for the rim.

5mm
I lowered the front 30mm and then it settled that 5 mm.
And after driving a while I adjusted the front a bit to match the height with the rear.

Very sharp looking car! I wish the e61was more popular on this side of the pond. I'd love to get one, but a clean used one is hard to find....

Nice..... ok, we live in hawaii, found an 08 535xi 6 speed manual. Having trouble finding any info on dropping the rear, we have 19" wheels, and the h&r springs for the front. What kit are you using for the rears? i will remove the origanal self leveling system, and install the new kit. Can you post a link to the kit, and where you bought it? How adjustable is it? We want to drop the car a little more than the pics above, car looks great. We have an alpine white 08, i want to get the same stance that is in this video... Thanks.

Hi tamiam
Not sure if you already found the answer, but KW3 has a set of adjustment rods for the air suspension. It is really easy to adjust.
I tried searching, but couldn`t find the post from the member, who made those adjustmet rods by himself.
