520d chip-tuning?
How is it to upgrade the engine with a chip on these models? Read something about getting 205 hp/410nm instead of 163hp/340nm. Is this realism or?
Will there be any problems with the clutch/transmission (manual) if I install something like that?
Anyone tried this?

Ok, thanks. My former car was a VW Golf 150 hp/320nm TDI, with chip 185/400nm. Had some problems with a slippy clutch when going for full throttle on high gears (4-5-6) with low rpm (1500-2500). If someone understand what I'm trying to explain...

I would recommend a remap instead of a chip. That way you know that all parameters are being adjusted to gain the extra power.
