29e1 and carbon buildup on plugs
I've been dealing a 29e1 code on and off. I finally pulled the plugs and #6 definitely had gasoline odor the rest did not. So leaking injector in cylinder 6. No biggie. The interesting thing is that all the plugs in bank 2 have carbon deposits on the tips and bank 1 not as much.

Try cleaning your MAP sensor first. If you're leaking fuel that will have to be taken care of. The code you have can be thrown for multiple things. MAP sensor, injectors, O2 sensor, coils, dirty valves or tune error. Common fix is injectors or MAP sensor.

Thank you for the advice, will start checking those out. As far as the injectors go, I am thinking of doing all 6 with index 12s. Is there any chance anyone might be interested in my index 7s (only one leaks)? It would be nice to try to recoup some of the cost associated with the new injectors

Your not on index 12s yet. That may very well be your issue and since you're tuned should of been updated prior to. Let us know how it goes.

It’s a lot of money to purchase new index 12 injectors. I had 7s and 8s and upgraded to 12s because so many people said to do it on the various forums and my car ran perfectly before and after, so I wouldn’t say it was worth it. Granted, I got a great deal on a used set locally.
