40K is way too much, and its automatic, keep looking.

 

40K is a good price. The car only has 2200 miles. That car new in 2010 was 65K.

 

It doesn't matter. Its still almost 6 years old and out of warranty. Buying a car that was barely ever driven isn't necessarily a good property to have.

 

You're not wrong. I've seen 2010 M-Sports with more mileage go for $35k though.

Wow, don't know if I would have pulled the trigger but i can completely see it and rationalize it. I am stuck trying to find an AWD wagon with a bit of sportiness and there is nothing but crickets on the market. Maybe the new Volkswagen Sportwagen coming out next year will make a mark but I'm concerned with the size of the back seats.
