Thats what I feel too but let me ask this... wouldnt it be better to have a car with brand new tranny installed and then you bought it... thats like getting a fresh clutch... it'll last much longer than if you bought one with 30K miles on it already...

New refurbish tranny from BMW might be better than a used one with 30K miles on it.

If they installed it correctly, I would agree

It would be one thing if only the clutch was replaced but I am assuming installing the entire SMG tranny correcty is not an easy task.

If they installed it correctly, I would agree

You mean you dont trust these "MASTER technicians?"

A new / refurb part carries 2 year warranty.
