I'm looking to replace my OEM alloys, but most of them are either 8Jx19 and 9Jx19. Want to re-use the same tires, as they're only 2k old. OEM alloys are 8.5Jx19 front, 9.5Jx19 rear, only 0.5 of difference, does this matter?

No, it won't matter at all. The 245 tire can fit either 8 or 8.5 inch wheel...And same for the rears at 9 and 9.5" with a 275.
