Section 1 exhaust question

i'm currently running section 3, if i add section 1, and leave section 2 stock (xpipe) will i get a check engine light?

It all depends on what you have already. Mixing and matching can also potentially hurt your cars performance. But no, there wont be any CEL with changing section 1 because there are no post O2 sensors after the secondary cats.
