As OP stated 415 RWHP = Rear Wheel HP so engine may produce 500+ HP but what's put the ground will be less due to various thing due to things such as transmission, drivetrain etc. loss.

I kinda understand how to read these Dyno charts... just not sure why the max HP is 415 when an M5 has around 500 hp... does anyone know of a good thread where i can learn more about these charts and dyno in general? thanks

I have the exact same RPI set-up and mods as Eddie, except I have the the high-flow cats instead of the straight pipe, for Section 1. All I can say is WOW too! My car pulls so much harder and stronger, than ever before. The sound that comes out too, under load, is simply amazing! The car sounds so beastly and so perfect.

I was with some M5Board members last weekend and all of them said my system sounded so much nicer than Eisenmann, Meistershaft, ASR, Dinan and Supersprint. I couldn't be happier!

I'm doing the Powerchip Remap in January, when I'm on vacation, and can't wait to feel the difference this makes as well.

Joe - Any idea what the exact difference is in power between having Section 1 with no cats versus Section 1 w/ High Flow Cats? How much HP are we talking about?

Max crank hp MPower82 is making is 539 hp. Take the 415 rear wheel horse power number and divide by .77 to get the crank hp number. Also, the dyno used is a Dyno Dynamic. It's not the same as Dyno Jet.

So I would be 7.5 car lengths back of Rab Dog then.

RPI is taking over the game!
Ever since Joe started working there, RPI's really been pushing #'s. VT's all about the performance.

Removal of secondary cats = more power. So GT Section 1 (which Eddie has) will give him an additional 8rwhp over my set-up, which is ST Section 1 (High Flow Cats).

Here is how my RPI set-up sounds, compared to Eddie's. Again, everything is identical, except Eddie has straight pipes for Section 1 and I have the High Flow Race Cats (I also powdercoated Section 3).

This would be my mechanic singing a melody with my exhaust. Hahahahaha!
