You should get the VIN and see if a local BMW dealer can look it up and tell you the exact warranty info and of course, previous service history.

Even if that was true, if it's an 06 car and the exec drove it for 3 months, how is the warranty out to Apr 2011? Maybe I just don't understand how they do their timelines.
