Hi All,

I have no intention at this time of buying an M5 though it would be nice at sometime in the future.

But whilst browsing around I noticed a few used M5's like the one below and out of nothing more than pure curiosity wondered what you got with Press Preparation as I said there a fair few used M5's with Press Preparation out there and obviously been used by journo's etc.

jurnalist test cars are the worst to buy ever. They get brand new not broken in cars and they totaly kill it. Full throttle from the beggining with cold engine on top of it. Those cars usualy have serious problems before 20k on it. Event the biggest discount ever is not worth of journalist test car

You get "unmercifully thrashed" option! I wouldn't touch one with a ten foot pole.

Don't plan too, just wondered what the Press Prep is maybe a compartment for gifts or maybe the engine comes run in?

I wouldn't touch one knowingly. I was looking at Audi's one time and had been reading a motoring mag and there on the forecourt was the exact car that had been in the magazine nice buy for someone all losened up
