Get the car from an auction. I just has a alpine white 2008 M5, 28K km's on it and it was Dinan tuned with aftermarket wheels. Fully loaded. Car went for $59,000 Canadian! Only reason I didn't get it is cause I still have my '06 530xi on my hands and I have to sell that before I get the M5. Any buyers?

What is the automobile insurance premium difference in Canada between a 530/535 - 550 and the M5.
I've already been advised the premium increase, keeping the same full coverages in New Jersey (comprehensive, collision, uninsured motorist coverage, $500 deductible, $1M liability blanket etc etc etc would increase my annual premiums as a "preferred customer" (no moving violations, no points, no accidents, no claims for 10+ years , etc etc) from $1200/yr for my '07 530xi (It's one of three cars on the policy) to approx $4,500 to replace the xi with a 2009-2010 M5.
So, between the economy remaining in the crapper, my investments barely peeking above whale shit, in July my health insurance premiums jump from $15,000 a year to $31,000 a freakin year !!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU![Barf](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/barf.gif)
I'll probably need to raise my client fees 500%+ just to break even next year and be able to afford buy a Ford Focus!!
So, how's life in Canada?

Private auctions. Must be a certified dealer. My uncle is one and I got a friend who has connections to somebody. He just bought himself an '08 M3 cabriolet with 23K km's for dirt cheap. We're talking about $35,000 (special circumstances, once in a lifetime deal, not ordinary for auctions). He's just getting the inspections done and software updates. It'll be ready to hit the streets March 17th. He is debating on whether to get an M5 instead or to keep his M3. '08 M5, alpine white, 30K km's, Dinan tuned, for $58,000.
