Pads : what is there better than OEM ?

Hi guys!
I have a 545i with M5 brakes and I already know that new pads will have a short life
.
I'm wondering if I can buy (and where) on the web a good set of new pads for M5 ... Better than OEM, obviously .

Pagid makes the pads used for the Ring Taxi. Turner Motorsports carries them.

How many km/miles they endure ?
More or less than OEM?
QuadM told that brembo pads, for example, endure for 50k miles .

Track Use, Pagid RS29 - noisy, but work extremely well
Don't forget to upgrade your brake fluid and if you can, install braided hoses - makes a world of difference

How willing are you to deal with noise? Excessive dust?
Willing to sacrifice performance if they are quiet and barely dust?
How much performance are you really looking for? Do you track or Auto-X the car? Or are we talking about spirited driving with some occasional quick stops?
There are a lot of pads out there. Some are exceptional and some are terrible. Many will make horrible noises on the street but work great at the track. Even more will barely work on the street and will act as cheese graters. When you get on track though they are great!
Let me know and I will try and point you in the right direction.
On my 1999 M3 track car I have used A LOT of pads on the street and on the track.
