I JUST found this thread. OMG Chris this is insane! I love the color choice (even though I love my black sapphire). Just putting tint film on my tails was irritating enough I can't imagine doing vinyl on a whole car. Tip of the hat to you sir! I'm subscribing to this thread so I don't miss out. I had been going on an all black murder theme on my car but now thinking of getting some scoops so I can add some color. I really like that yellow. Did you get any pics of the yellow springs? Also where did you get that blacked out badge or did you customize it yourself?

Great progress Chris You must be proud homie, your ride is looking sick! I really like the paint job on the calipers and the decals too, its nice to see something different.

after some trial and error...finally got the second set of gloss black 166s looking right. should hopefully get these mounted this wknd or early next week at the latest....
next up, carbon fiber side rocker panel extensions and custom lip....designed by no other than ME
found a machine shop today that can custom fabricate my design out of my mock-ups....im so excited, i literally cant wait!
(note: this set i picked up really damaged w/ curb rash and two cracks per wheel....got them patched up professionally and then took on the curb rash myself....used a little bit of bondo....tons of sanding + elbow grease and then refinished them in gloss black....im pretty proud of how they look now lol)

No worries...the days of asshole body shops charging $1,000 for a set are about to be over sir. I'm designing a set that should be affordable for us all!!
