Looking into purchasing a new car, suggestions are welcome, if you vote please say why for any reasons besides it being a BMW M5? If their is another car not on the list it must be German and please say why you chose this over the rest? Thanks

Just curious why the "other" option has to be German when you got a Maserati listed?

I'd go with either the BMW, Masterati or Porsche.
The BMW because, well its a BMW, The Ultimate Driving Machine.
The Maserati because of the "WOW" factor, and the fact that they aren't as common as BMW's or Merc's etc. But it seems as though it would be more about comfort and luxury than the driving experience.
And the Porsche because it's a pretty sweet car at 530 hp, 0-60 in 3.6 secs.
But, I think I would have to go with the Porsche or BMW. The BMW has the luxury and power, not to mention extra space. I am not really sure why the Porsche, but I am digging the power and speed for sure.

I think it would also help us vote if you specify for what use are you going to buy that car? As a second car or a daily? I don't think a Porsche would be the perfect fit if the car is going to be daily driven. M5 is one hell of a car, but the 5 series is quite often seen over here and I can imagine the situation over there... If you are not in the BMW religion - "choose BMW over anything in any case" then I'd certainly go for the Maserati if I were you! I just adore that car!

P.S.- I forgot to mention any car I decide on will be modified with at least the following: tint, rims, exhaust, and possibly an aero kit of some sort.

I voted for the Porsche 997S, but have you considered an Aston Martin Vantage?
I have also considered buying a used 06 gallardo, or a 06 Bentley GT, but these cars would likely not be driven as frequently, and would cost more $$$ for maintenance. The reason why porsche is under consideration is because I had previously owned a 996 C4S Cab that I drove daily and I never had any problems the 2 years I owned it, definetly porsche is one of the most reliable cars I've ever owned, can't say that for the 5er though
