My Ride: 2006 M5 - Black Sapphire - Black Interior - Walnut Trim
Actually, my wife more than agreed with the decision...she made the decision. I couldn't decide whether to spend the extra money on the M so she picked up the phone and called dealer to buy it.
Couldn't resist backing it out and going for a short drive tonight, despite the cold temps. Might not be best for the car but good for me. While it was out I took some photos which I will try to attach here.
It is Black Sapphire with black extended leather. Options are comfort access, mulit-function seats, walnut interior trim, rear electric sunshade, and sat. radio. I would gladly have traded the sat. radio and sunshade for HUD but I didn't really have any say in it.
Yes, I did buy at Dreyer & Reinbold. No complaints, they treated us very well.

Congrats! Great looking car...
Got to sit next to Mr. Reinbold at a BMW F1 event a couple of years ago in Indianapolis! Nice guy.

Bad Rival, I've asked about this in other strings but have been confused by the answer.
It appears as though you have active seats which are heated but not ventilated (my preference). I'm trying to understand whether that combo has the same features as the regular 5's comfort seats? In other words, do they have the articulated backrest and the headrests with the adjustable "wings"?
