new knob ?

im looking at a new knob for my 2006 525 auto just wondering how hard or easy it is to take the old one off ?

If it's the iDrive knob that you are referring to.....as the old saying goes, "Grab yer knob, and yank it!" Just be careful not to whack yourself in the forehead (this has been known to happen!)
