i think CPO would also cover the drive.

i have had that happen on 2009 discs only. 2010 works just fine.

My Ride: 2011 550i AW - every option

its being handled under warranty (it expires in 10 days). i'm looking at acquiring a zurich warranty. a lot of members on the the M5board seem to have this and are pleased with it...
